CORONAVIRUS AND OUR CHURCH
President Trump stated that the coronavirus cases in the US will peak around Easter, and decided to extend strict social distancing guidelines through the end of April. Therefore CCDV will postpone any in person meetings such as Bible Studies and Church services until we have a more definitive time frame to gather together.
Please continue to join us in worship on Sundays and Wednesdays via Live Stream. And we pray for all of you to stay connected using any of our new digital options, as well as “old school”, like calling on the phone or writing a note.
All in person activities will continue to be suspended until Easter, April 12th. If we are able to gather at that point, the following dates will be in effect:
April 13th – All In Men’s Bible Study
April 14th – Crimson Rose Women’s bible Study
April 15th – Edge Bible Study, Wednesday Service, Dayton Valley Homeschool Co-op
Please check back frequently as the situation may change.
Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley Homeschool Co-op will be suspended until Wednesday, April 1st. Thank you for your understanding.
The intention of CCDV as a church body, is to do our part in protecting the community as well as our own church attendees.
It was announced that CCDV will have Sunday and Wednesday Services available via Live Stream only until Palm Sunday (4/5) when the Sunday/Wednesday Services will resume at the church. If anyone needs to have CD's of the messages, please contact the church office.
These studies are postponed until the dates below.
All In Men's Bible Study will meet again on Monday 4/6
Crimson Rose Women's Bible Study will meet again on Tuesday 4/7.
These are the only church activities affected at this time, however this may change as the situation does. Please check back frequently.
If you’ve been exposed to a person with the Coronavirus or the flu or have recently traveled to a CDC Level 2 or 3 country (China, Iran, Italy, South Korea, Hong Kong, or Japan), please take a couple of Sundays off. If you or your family members are experiencing or have recently experienced symptoms associated with the flu or the common cold (fever, persistent cough, headache, chills, or unexplained rash), we ask that you take a couple of Sundays off as well.
Our staff and volunteers are taking steps to make sure the church is clean and safe for everyone who attends. For more information on Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley’s commitment to your health and safety on this matter, click here.
